Colorado Association of REALTORS® Spring Meetings - Vail, CO. - April 8th - April 10th

ARELLO Mid-Year Meetings - San Diego, CA - April 9th - April 12th
Each year at the Mid-Year meetings real estate regulators from around the world gather to discuss issues facing the industry and create model policies for member jurisdictions to use. This years Mid-year meetings will include critical workgroup sessions involving time shares and Property Manageent. VanEd will be in attendance at this years event, and our partner Anne Woody of BAAHS in Oklahoma will also be in attendance to work with the Foundation Trustees in developing ongoing resources. AARO Spring Conference - San Francisco, CA - April 11th - April 13th
The Appraisal Regulators meet in San Francisco at the same time as the real estate regulators are meeting in San Diego. Beyond Advisory Council meetings and ACS & TAF updates, this years Spring meeting will also include presentations on Mortgage Fraud investigation and Supervisor/Trainee course development. TRETA - Texas Real Estate Teachers Association Conference - Richardson, TX - April 24th - April 26th
Instructors can earn 9 hours of TREC MCE Elective Credit for attending the conference, which will be home to two days of IDW (Instructor Development Workshops) and presentations from Gwen Jackson, the Director of Education for TREC, and Doug Foster, SMLD Commissioner. Of course we won't miss Chuck Jacobus presenting the Legal Update (best part of any instructor conference? perhaps). Crittenden National Real Estate Conference - San Diego, CA - May 6th - May 8th
Commercial predictions, small balance lending trends, capital markets... just the first three topics on this years agenda. NAR Mid-Year Conference and ......... errr........sorry....
The REALTOR® Party Convention and Trade Expo - Washington, D.C. - May 12th - May 17th
In announcing the name change for the mid-year meetings, NAR stated that they wanted to focus the event title more closely on the focus of the event: Legislative Activity. This is where NAR members take an active role to advance policy and association legislative goals. It is also the second largest industry trade show held each year. Learn, connect, network and engage with industry issues at this event which promises to also include a LOT of discussion on MLS issues, platforms and even recent (ah hem) high profile staffing changes and Move.com and Trulia.
