Deputy Brad Herman of the Jefferson County Sheriff’s office will provide insight on ways to prevent crime and provide safety by leveraging technology and teaching ways to use one’s eyes and ears to make your community safer. This presentation is designed for homeowners, HOA board members and those who manage HOAs.

1 CE Credit hour will be available for Real Estate Broker and Community Association Manager licensees that can be used to fulfil the elective portion of Division of Real Estate education requirements to maintain your license.
Licensees must attend the entire presentation in person in order to be eligible for CE credit.

This event is free to the public but seating is limites to 75.
