The Colorado Division of Real Estate has issued the following information for real estate brokers and the industry. Below is a copy of the email notice that went out today;
Please be advised that on April 5th, 2011 the Colorado Real Estate Commission issued 3 new position statements that are now posted to the Division of Real Estate's website at http://www.dora.state.co.us/real-estate/rulemaking/CREC/index.htm. The new position statements are as follows:
Position Statement CP38 - Afba Disclosures and Conflicts of Interest
Position Statement CP39 - Lease Options, Lease Purchase Agreements & Installment Land Contracts
Position Statement CP40 - Teams
