The mission of Van Education Center (VanEd) is to create and deliver quality online real estate courses, mortgage broker courses and appraisal courses that meet the needs of students and the requirements of the real estate and appraisal industry.

A goal of VanEd is to help real estate agents, mortgage brokers and appraisers maintain professional competency and thereby protect the public interest.

VanEd is a licensed real estate, appraisal and mortgage broker school in the states noted on our site, and where appropriate we are approved and regulated by the Division of Private Occupational Schools, Department of Higher Education, Division or Board of Real Estate or Appraisal.
